1. Organizer
The Asia Pilates Summit (“Event”) is organized by The Pilates Works (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all Event activities, including workshops, masterclasses, and related sessions.
By registering or attending, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
2. Registration
All registrations must be completed through our official website.
Registrations are valid only for the named individual and are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.
3. Workshop Bundles & Pricing
Tiered pricing is available based on the number of workshops booked:
- Essential – 1–2 workshops: SGD$ 250.00 per workshop
- Recommended – 3–4 workshops: SGD$ 225.00 per workshop
- Most Popular – 5–6 workshops: SGD$ 200.00 per workshop
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust pricing or introduce promotions at any time.
4. Master Mat Class
A complimentary Master Mat Class is included with the purchase of one or more workshops.
- Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Admission is not guaranteed without prior confirmation.
5. Payments & Confirmation
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
An official confirmation email will be issued to the participant.
6. Modifications
A $20.00 admin fee for modification of workshops. However, workshop changes are subject to availability. You can request a change by contacting our support team at, hello@pilates.com.sg, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Cancellations are eligible for:
- 75% refund – if made at least 60 days prior
- 50% refund – if made at least 30 days prior
- 25% refund – if made at least 14 days prior
A $50.00 cancellation fee payable to the organiser. We will refund the paid workshop amount less the cancellation surcharge if the full payment has already been made.
No refunds will be issued after this period.
Transfers to another participant may be permitted upon written request and subject to approval.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative session or refund.
8. Program Changes
While every effort will be made to deliver the Event as advertised, the Organizer reserves the right to:
- Adjust workshop times, content, educators, or venues.
- Cancel, merge, or reschedule sessions.
Significant changes will be communicated via email and/or the official website.
9. Participant Responsibilities
By attending, participants agree to:
- Follow all instructions from educators and staff.
- Treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect.
- Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove participants who fail to comply.
10. Health & Safety
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. Attendees accept responsibility for their own health and safety.
Those with medical conditions or injuries should consult a healthcare professional before participating.
The Organizer is not liable for injuries sustained during the Event.
11. Liability Disclaimer
The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation.
12. Photography & Media Release
The Event may be recorded through photography, video, or audio.
By attending, participants grant the Organizer permission to use such materials for promotional and educational purposes, without further consent or compensation.
Participants wishing to opt out must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the Event.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration will be used to manage participation and provide event updates.
Data will not be sold to third parties.
14. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for cancellation or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, or venue closures. In such cases, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives.
