Registration and Attendance

How will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

Once you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details.

What type of payment methods are accepted for the registration fee?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.

When is the deadline for registration?

The registration deadline for the Pilates conference is 29th February 2024. Please make sure to register before that date to secure your spot in the workshops.

What is the pre-registration discount period?

There will be a 15% super early bird discount from 1st August to 31st October and 10% early bird discount from 1st November to 31st December. During this period, you can enjoy special discounts on workshop registrations.

Can I transfer my registration to another person if I can't attend?

Yes, registration transfers are allowed. Please contact our support team at, hello@pilates.com.sg, before the event to process the transfer.

Can I change my workshop after I have registered?

There will be a $20.00 admin fee for modification of workshops. However, workshop changes are subject to availability. You can request a change by contacting our support team at, hello@pilates.com.sg, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I know which skill level of workshops I can register for, client and practitioners vs. teachers?

We have workshops designed for different skill levels, catering to clients, practitioners, and teachers. Each workshop's description will indicate the appropriate skill level, helping you choose the ones that best suit your expertise.

Are there any beginner-specific workshops?

Yes, we offer beginner-specific workshops to cater to participants who are new to Pilates.

What happens if a workshop I registered for is cancelled?

In the unlikely event of a workshop cancellation, you will be offered the option to transfer to another workshop or receive a full refund for the affected sessions.

Certification and Post-Event Details

Will I get a certification for attending?

Upon completion of each workshop, you will receive a certificate acknowledging your participation.

Will there be any online content available before or after the summit?

Are there any post-event activities or follow-up materials?

Will NPCP CECs be awarded?

A minimum of 3 CECs per workshop.

Logistics

What should I wear to the workshops?

Comfortable workout attire is recommended for the workshops. Please remember to bring socks with grip to ensure safety during the sessions.

Do I need to bring my own mat/equipment?

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is parking available at the conference venue.

What is the venue for the conference, and are there any accommodation recommendation?

The conference will take place at RELC International Hotel, located at Orchard, in Singapore. We have partnered with RELC International Hotel for your convenience.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

What time should I arrive at the venue?

We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the first workshop to complete the registration process and get familiar with the surroundings.

Health and Safety

Is there age restrictions to attend the workshops?

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the workshops.

Can I attend the conference if I am pregnant?

Pregnant participants should consult their doctor before attending the workshops.

Will there be any first-aid or medical assistance available at the venue?

What COVID-19 safety measures are being implemented at the venue?

We are following all local health guidelines and implementing necessary safety measures to ensure a safe environment.

Experience

What language(s) will the workshops be conducted in?

The workshops will be conducted in English.

Are meals or refreshments included?

There will be light refreshments on Day 1 at 8:30am. However, meals will not be provided.

Will there be merchandise or Pilates gear available for purchase at the conference?

How can I get the most out of attending the conference?

We recommend attending workshops that align with your interests and skill level, actively participating in discussions, and networking with other Pilates enthusiasts and professionals.

Policies

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

There will be a $50.00 admin fee for cancellation or refund of workshops. After 1st January 2024, refunds will not be possible.

Are there any pre-event preparations or materials to review before attending?

Are photographing or recording allowed during the workshops?

Photography and recording during workshops are not allowed without prior consent from the host or presenters.

Can I bring a guest or companion to the conference?

Only registered participants are allowed to attend the workshops. Guests or companions who wish to join must also register for the workshops.

Communications

Where can I find updates or announcements about the conference?

All updates and announcements will be posted on the website and communicated via email.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the conference?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for participants.
